Grampus's manager, Takafumi Ogura（小倉隆史）, was a famous football player in Japan. After his retirement, he became a TV commentator. And in November 2015, he took up a post as GM of Nagoya Grampus, and in 2016 he doubles as GM and manager. Note that he has no experience of coaching staff.
